1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "fu99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the fu99 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fu99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

4 Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. fu99 reserves the right to request official identity documents at any stage to verify your age and identity. Accepted documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of a fu99 employee involved in platform operations.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• The funds you deposit and wager are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activity.

fu99 employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage gambling. Where fu99 reasonably suspects that a registered account is held by a person under 21, that account will be suspended pending verification, and any balances held may be frozen until the matter is resolved.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the fu99 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum single deposit or withdrawal limit set by fu99 as a platform policy, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.

fu99 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your fu99 account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to appear in the recipient account, depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

fu99 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge transaction fees in accordance with their own published tariffs, for which fu99 accepts no responsibility.

fu99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and returned to the account balance pending resolution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fu99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general terms:

• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement, validity period, minimum deposit threshold, and list of eligible games that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the fu99 platform are subject to the individual game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within each game or betting market. In addition, the following general rules apply across the entire platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fu99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session that prevents the game from reaching its natural conclusion, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fu99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of fu99.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Privacy & Data

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
